Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Original bill, tag, and packaging may be required.
  • Return or exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Approval of return or exchange is subject to Balaji Fashion Dhanera’s inspection and policy.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used or damaged products will not be accepted.
  • Washed or altered products will not be accepted.
  • Products without original tag or packaging will not be accepted.
  • Sale or discounted items may not be returned or exchanged unless approved.
  • Innerwear, nightwear, and personal-use products may not be returnable or exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
  • Products damaged due to customer handling, washing, ironing, or improper care will not be accepted.

Exchange

  • We may offer exchange for defective, damaged, or size-related issues only.
  • Exchange is subject to approval and stock availability.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us with your order details via email or phone/WhatsApp.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Important Note

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No guarantee is provided for color fading, color bleeding, or fabric damage caused by washing, usage, ironing, or improper care.
  • Product color may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and photography.
