- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Original bill, tag, and packaging may be required.
- Return or exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Approval of return or exchange is subject to Balaji Fashion Dhanera’s inspection and policy.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Used or damaged products will not be accepted.
- Washed or altered products will not be accepted.
- Products without original tag or packaging will not be accepted.
- Sale or discounted items may not be returned or exchanged unless approved.
- Innerwear, nightwear, and personal-use products may not be returnable or exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
- Products damaged due to customer handling, washing, ironing, or improper care will not be accepted.
Exchange
- We may offer exchange for defective, damaged, or size-related issues only.
- Exchange is subject to approval and stock availability.
Return Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, contact us with your order details via email or phone/WhatsApp.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Important Note
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- No guarantee is provided for color fading, color bleeding, or fabric damage caused by washing, usage, ironing, or improper care.
- Product color may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and photography.
